1979- Graduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Law

1972- Started to work at Ministry of Finance as Income Specialist and he worked as Tax Auditor between 1976-1980 then he left the public service due to his law internship

He started to work as a lawyer again on 1 January 1981

1998- Sworn-in Certified Public Accountant

1999-2011 Actively worked as both a attorney and Certified Public Accountant, and has been working as an attorney

2005- Became one of the founding partners of Mercek Independent Audit and Certified Public Accountancy Inc. and worked as a Certified Public Accountant.

2017- Joined AKSİS International Independent Audit INC as a partner
